Job summary

Lennar Mortgage is seeking an outside sales professional to develop new business sources and interview prospective customers, brokers, and referral sources at homebuilding communities or other convenient locations. You will collect and analyze financial information, advise on mortgage products, and help select loan programs within the Lennar Mortgage roadmap.

You will travel regularly to communities and offices to solicit leads, conduct seminars, meet closings, and maintain loan pipelines.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree preferred.
• At least three years of loan originating experience.
• Ability to maintain a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
• NMLS license required or willing to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Support the Company’s growth through outside sales activities and lead generation.
• Travel to communities, realtors’ offices, and other locations to solicit new business and/or leads.
• Conduct First Time Homebuyer Seminars to develop leads and build relationships with New Home Consultants and prospects.
• Travel to builder and realtor functions to develop relationships and provide customer service.
• Meet prospective customers, explain offerings, obtain loan applications and documents, and attend closings.
• Review leads daily and contact prospective customers to set up meetings.
• Originate and prepare new loans to ensure compliance with products and policies.
• Advise customers on mortgage loan products based on their needs.
• Review rates and lock loans in advance of closing.
• Assist New Home Consultants with pre-qualifications and pipeline development.
• Meet or exceed loan objectives and maintain activity reports in the origination system.

Education
