Senske is seeking an Outside Sales Representative for the Euless, TX area to grow our residential and commercial lawn care services. The role is on-site with base pay and commission opportunities, and requires meeting with customers, presenting service options, and expanding our customer base.

You will generate leads, manage your pipeline in our CRM, and travel within the territory. Competitive pay with progression opportunities and benefits are offered.

Qualifikationen

• Outside sales experience (lawn care, horticulture, or pest control is a plus)
• Strong communicator with negotiation and closing skills
• Tech-savvy with basic computer and mobile skills
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel throughout the territory
• Must be 21+ by hire date

Aufgaben

• Meet with customers in person to assess property needs and present service options
• Generate and follow up on leads through field visits, calls, and community outreach
• Promote and sell Senske programs, including cross-sell and upsell opportunities
• Build relationships, maintain customer satisfaction, and help retain accounts
• Keep detailed notes and manage your pipeline in our CRM system
