Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Sales Representative to join our Outside Sales team in the Painesville, OH area. You will prospect, develop, and qualify leads within your local territory, using our CRM to close new business and achieve weekly sales goals.

The role includes field visits, product demonstrations, and ongoing training. We offer a base salary plus commissions, a car package, and a structured training program, with opportunities for recognition and career advancement within a Fortune

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to meet prospective customers in the field and travel locally.
• Office presence on Monday and Wednesday 7:30 a.m.–12:00 p.m. and Friday 7:30 a.m.–10:00 a.m.; field sales activities.
• Proficiency with MS Office and CMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop, and qualify leads within the assigned local territory.
• Use CRM to identify, prospect, and close new business while meeting weekly goals.
• Conduct in-person sales and product demonstrations as part of a B2B sales process.
• Collaborate with team and maintain customer relationships to drive sales growth.
