Cintas Corporation in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking a goal-oriented Outside Sales Representative to provide customers with workwear solutions, including weekly laundry, delivery, repair, replacement and branding, helping teams look professional and perform at their best.

The role uses a CRM to identify and close new business, offers a base salary plus commission and a car allowance, and includes hands-on training, quarterly recognition, and clear paths for career advancement.

Formación

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to spend majority of the work week meeting prospective customers in the field, including daily travel by car within the assigned local territory.
• Ability to work from the assigned Cintas office on Monday and Wednesday from 7:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., in addition to field sales activities.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), intranet/internet and Contact Management System (CMS)

• Prospect, develop, and qualify leads within the local territory.
• Utilize our CRM to identify, prospect, close new business and consistently achieve weekly sales goals and quotas.
• Travel locally to meet prospective customers and present solutions.
