About the Company:
Our client one of the largest fabrication equipment distributors in North America
The Role:
This is a client-facing, field-based sales engineer role responsible for selling automated equipment, robotics, and fabrication machinery to OEMs and job shops.
You’ll start with 6 months of intensive training and work closely with senior leadership (CEO & VP Sales) to learn the business. Once ramped (6–18 months), your success is tied directly to gross margin performance—with commissions a 3rd of what you bring in - – reps earning around 500K to $1M annually
