System Pavers is seeking an Outside Sales Consultant to meet homeowners, discuss outdoor living needs, and translate visions into design options and project estimates. The role offers significant earning potential with first-year earners around $125k+ and top performers exceeding $200k+ annually.

You will work with a full benefits package and ongoing training through SP University, developing your sales career in a booming industry with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• No prior sales experience required; strong interest in starting a sales career.
• Comfortable with basic office programs and learning new tech.
• Must have a valid drivers license and meet insurance requirements.
• Construction experience is a plus.

Job Description

System Pavers is growing at a tremendous rate, and we’re looking to expand our sales team with a motivated, outgoing Outside Sales Consultant. In this position, you’ll meet with homeowners to discuss their outdoor living needs. You’ll then help bring their vision to life by discussing options for their space, including project estimates and personalized design possibilities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Must have your driver’s license and be able to meet driving insurance guidelines.
