System Pavers is expanding its outside sales team with an Outside Sales Consultant who will meet homeowners to discuss outdoor living needs and help bring their vision to life with design options and project estimates.

With a W-2 employment basis, full benefits, and access to SP University plus field training, you can grow a rewarding career in a booming industry. This role fits self-motivated, personable individuals who excel at client interaction.

Qualifikationen

• No prior sales experience required; strong interest in starting a sales career.
• Comfortable using basic office programs and learning new technology.
• Must have a driver’s license and be able to meet driving insurance guidelines.
• Construction experience is a plus.

• Accurately uncover and assess customers' needs and vision for their outdoor space.
• Measure outdoor spaces and design personalized solutions.

Job Description

System Pavers is growing at a tremendous rate, and we’re looking to expand our sales team with a motivated, outgoing Outside Sales Consultant. In this position, you’ll meet with homeowners to discuss their outdoor living needs. You’ll then help bring their vision to life by discussing options for their space, including project estimates and personalized design possibilities.
