Renewal by Andersen, the custom division of Andersen Windows, is seeking energetic Design Consultants in the Chattanooga territory. You will visit pre-scheduled residential appointments, deliver compelling presentations, and guide homeowners toward a same-day decision on window and door replacements.

This full-time, commission-based role offers paid training, uncapped commissions, mentorship, and benefits including medical/dental/vision and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Travel up to 2 hours for appointments daily.
• Ability to lift 40–60 lbs of sample materials.
• Capable of navigating iPad applications.

Role Description

While some businesses have slowed, home improvement is BOOMING! We’re looking for motivated sales professionals to join our next training class in September 2026. Our Design Consultants go to pre-scheduled appointments in residential homes and conduct sales presentations. They provide all of the necessary information for homeowners to make a same-day decision on their window and door replacement projects. This is a strong one-call close sales role, with no project management or follow up required.

Compensation and Benefits

• Full commission structure (uncapped) – earn $100,000 to $250,000+ annually
