Job summary

Cintas is seeking a goal-oriented Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team in Tuscaloosa, AL. In this B2B role, you will develop new business, manage existing accounts, and deliver work apparel solutions including weekly laundry, delivery, repair, and branding services.

You'll use our CRM to prospect, qualify leads, and meet weekly quotas while benefiting from a competitive base salary plus commission, a monthly car allowance, and industry-leading training.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), intranet/internet and Contact Management System (CMS).
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Prior sales experience (1 year+), preferably in a similar role.
• Prior new business-to-business (B2B) sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop, and qualify leads within territory.
• Utilize CRM to identify, prospect, close new business and meet weekly sales goals and quotas.
• Provide solutions to work apparel needs including weekly laundry, delivery, repair, replacement and branding services.
• Apply learnings from the Cintas Sales Training Program and close deals.
