Brothers that Just Do Gutters is seeking a sales-focused professional for field work across DuPage County. You will meet homeowners, assess gutter needs, and provide consultative recommendations that lead to installations, repairs, and guards.

The role blends customer appointments with self-generated business development. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and outdoor work readiness are required for daily field activity.

Qualifications

• Must be comfortable with door-to-door prospecting and treat it as opportunity rather than rejection.
• Ability to build relationships with contractors, real estate pros, and property managers.
• Self-motivated with minimal supervision.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required.
• Comfortable working outdoors and climbing ladders to assess gutter systems.

Responsibilities

• Meet homeowners at properties to assess gutter needs and provide consultative recommendations.
• Close sales on gutter installations, repairs, guards, and cleaning.
• Convert leads from marketing campaigns and online ads.
• Develop self-generated opportunities through door-to-door canvassing and networking.
• Build referral partnerships with roofers, landscapers, and property managers.
