Job summary

Herrman Lumber Company in Branson, Missouri is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to develop relationships with contractors and homeowners and to recommend building materials based on customer needs and project drawings.

You will identify opportunities, prepare accurate bids, collaborate on pricing, and ensure excellent service throughout the sales process, leveraging our wide range of framing lumber, windows, doors and specialty materials.

Qualifications

• Experience in building materials sales or related industry.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and construction plans.
• Proven track record in sales with strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated with a high degree of integrity and professionalism.
• Valid Driver's License and ability to be covered under company insurance policy.

Responsibilities
