The Assurance Group is seeking outside sales representatives to meet with senior clients in person, using fresh leads and a broad carrier lineup. You can set your own hours and receive thorough training with ongoing support.

No cold calling and a flexible schedule are highlighted in the posting. Ideal candidates include those from bartending, teaching, healthcare, and other fields who want to transition into life, health, and fixed index annuities.

Qualifications

• Must be self-motivated and comfortable with commission-based pay and lifetime renewals.
• Must have reliable transportation; meetings with seniors in homes.
• Must be good with people, especially Senior Adults.
• Clean background with no felonies.
• 2–3 years sales experience desired, but training is provided.
