Job summary

True North Group LLC is seeking a Direct Sales Representative to build lasting relationships with local business owners and teams, educating them on insurance options for their employees.

You will meet clients in person and by phone, set meetings, and present tailored plans using Salesforce CRM. A Health & Life license or willingness to obtain one within 90 days is required; outside sales experience is a plus, and you will control your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or outside sales.
• Ability to teach others, in person and online.
• Organized and able to communicate clearly.
• Strong desire to help and care for others.
• Health & Life general lines license or ability to obtain within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Visit small and medium businesses in your area to assess needs.
• Present insurance products and recommendations to business owners.
• Respond to emails and phone inquiries from clients.
• Set up meetings to review client needs.
• Attend team or manager meetings.
• Develop and maintain a personal client list.
• Reach out to new businesses and handle referrals.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets with your manager.
• Provide ongoing support, including claims assistance.
• Share your schedule with your manager weekly.
• Report daily sales activities.
