Carroll Construction Supply is seeking a construction equipment and concrete forming supply salesperson in the San Antonio area. Great place to work with over 35 locations across 14 states. Experience in sales and construction is preferred but not required.

A motivated, capable, and positive attitude is essential. Excellent compensation and benefits are provided, including an Employee Stock Ownership Program, 401K, flex spending, health and vision insurance, and disability coverage.

Additional Requirements to be Considered:

• Previous knowledge and experience in the building materials industry is beneficial
• Civil, paving, and tilt-up construction experience is a strong plus
• Existing contractor relationships in the San Antonio market are beneficial
• Extremely motivated and upbeat personality is a must
• Driven for success and willing to go the extra mile is key
• Ability to participate effectively as a team member
• Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to identify opportunities and grow existing accounts
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in the field
