Carroll Construction Supply is seeking an Outside Construction Sales professional to expand our footprint in the Minneapolis–St. Paul area.

This role focuses on commercial and civil construction projects, delivering concrete supplies, forming materials, and equipment solutions to contractors and project managers. Experience in sales of building materials is helpful, with an emphasis on motivation, upbeat attitude, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience in building materials industry is beneficial.
• Commercial and residential construction supplies sales experience is required (or highly preferred).
• Motivation, upbeat personality and willingness to go the extra mile are essential.
• Ability to work effectively as a team member on outside sales efforts.

Responsibilities

• Sell construction equipment, forming materials, and concrete supplies to contractors and project managers in the Minneapolis–St. Paul area.
• Focus on commercial and civil construction projects with outside sales responsibilities.
• Provide solutions for contractors including forming and equipment needs.

Opening for construction equipment & concrete forming supply salesperson in the Minneapolis–St. Paul area! Great place to work with 35 locations spread throughout the United States. Experience in sales and construction is not a must, but is preferred. This role focuses heavily on commercial and civil construction projects, including all concrete construction supplies, forming, and equipment solutions for contractors and project managers.
