Job summary

101 Roofing & Remodeling is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in Rogers, MN to grow our residential roofing and remodeling business. You will identify opportunities, meet homeowners, and tailor solutions to their needs, earning uncapped commissions through a tiered structure.

Responsibilities include generating leads, building relationships, coordinating with estimating and production teams, and representing the company professionally in the community while pursuing ambitious sales goals.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Basic computer and smartphone skills.
• Basic math proficiency and strong English communication skills.
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers.
• Willingness to learn roofing and remodeling products, services, and sales processes.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners and prospective customers.
• Generate new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, prospecting, and company-provided leads.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Educate customers about roofing, remodeling, and available solutions.
• Conduct follow-ups with prospective and current customers.
• Work alongside estimating, production, and administrative teams.
• Represent 101 Roofing & Remodeling professionally in the community.
• Work toward individual and company sales goals.
