The annual base salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad spectrum of salaries across the country. The actual salary will depend on factors such as the scope, complexity, and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other employment conditions. Employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentives as part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program.

Potential for a $5,000 sign-on bonus! This position is based 100% remotely, potentially combining mobile work and/or work from your primary residence. Candidates must reside in or around the listed Maryland areas to be considered.
Under general direction, as a member of the local line of business management team, responsible for product quality and team performance of Outside Property claim professionals. Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance management. Serve as a field representative for the Home Office Property product, reinforcing vision, strategies, and objectives. Manage staff recruitment, onboarding, performance, training, and retention. Conduct claim reviews, coaching, and feedback. Utilize data and technology to support business strategies. Develop relationships with colleagues, partners, and customers. Maintain necessary insurance licenses. Perform physical inspections, including climbing ladders and inspecting structures. Perform other duties as assigned.
