Job summary

Richesinengineering seeks a seasoned field leader to direct a crew of tower climbers, fiber splicers, and OSP technicians on outside plant projects across Oregon, Alaska, and Hawaii.

You will supervise crew, manage OSP construction, oversee fiber splicing quality, enforce safety standards, and coordinate multiple field projects to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years OSP experience required.
• Tower climbing certification preferred.
• 5+ years OSP construction or fiber experience.
• Crew leadership experience.
• OSHA 10 or 30 preferred.
