Job summary

JX Enterprises and Truck Center in Appleton, Wisconsin is seeking an Outside Parts Sales Executive to accelerate sales growth. You will drive new business, promote parts, and provide exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Sales or service experience required; excellent communication skills.
• 2+ years of related parts experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell and promote parts to new customers and provide exceptional service.
• Make a minimum of 10 sales calls per week on the assigned route.
• Ensure prompt delivery of existing orders and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Service existing accounts and keep open communication to learn customer needs.
• Explain parts features and usage to customers, showing product knowledge.
• Maintain meticulous reports and documentation for internal use.
• Collaborate with team to create positive customer experiences.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the business.

What You’ll Do Day-to-Day (Essential Duties & Responsibilities)

• Selling, promoting, and providing exceptional service to new customers to ensure a positive experience with our products.
• Conducting a minimum of 10 sales cold calls a week within the assigned route to honor our commitment to expanding our customer base.
• Ensuring prompt and reliable delivery of existing orders for customers, upholding our commitment to honor customer commitments.
• Regularly servicing existing accounts and engaging in open communication with clients to foster lifelong learning about their needs.
• Discussing the use and features of various parts with customers, demonstrating a deep understanding of our products.
• Maintaining meticulous documentation in reports, quoting, and other internal communication channels to exhibit good stewardship of information.
