Job summary

Wohali Golf Course, Coalville, Utah, is seeking a Full-Time Outside Operations Manager to oversee the daily outside operations and ensure an exceptional member and guest experience from arrival to departure.

This role covers arrival gate coordination, valet, bag service, golf cart operations, practice facilities, player services, tournaments, and winter maintenance with a focus on leadership, teamwork, and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in golf operations, outside services, valet, hospitality, or property maintenance.
• Experience supervising or managing a team in a service environment.
• Strong customer-service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily outside operations including bag service, golf cart operations, practice facilities, player services and cart staging.
• Coordinate arrival gate and valet operations for smooth guest experiences.
• Recruit, train, schedule and supervise outside operations staff and ensure club standards.
• Monitor safety procedures and maintain facilities and equipment.
• Support winter operations, snow removal and seasonal maintenance as needed.
