Job summary

Wohali Golf Course, part of Troon, seeks an energetic Outside Operations Manager to lead the daily outside operations and guest services year-round. You will coordinate bag drop, carts, arrival gate, and player services, while managing staff and ensuring top-tier hospitality.

The role includes winter maintenance, snow removal, and departmental collaboration to uphold club standards and guest satisfaction throughout the year.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in golf operations or related hospitality/club service environments.
• Previous supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of golf club operations and etiquette.
• Exceptional customer-service and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather and during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily outside operations: bag service, carts, practice facilities, player services, and events.
• Manage arrival gate, valet, and bag drop operations for smooth, welcoming guest arrivals.
• Recruit, train, schedule, supervise, and evaluate outside operations and valet staff.
• Ensure safety, equipment care, and proper inventory of outside-operation supplies.
• Coordinate with maintenance for carts, paths, and course access; assist with winter operations and snow removal.
• Remain flexible with early mornings, weekends, and extended hours during peak seasons.
• Collaborate with Golf, Clubhouse, Arrival Gate, Valet, Maintenance, and Facilities teams to maintain high standards.
