Role Description

The Outside Operations/Cart Attendant is a part-time, on-site role based at SIGNAL MOUNTAIN GOLF & COUNTRY CLUB in Signal Mountain, TN. This role is responsible for preparing golf carts for daily use, including staging, cleaning, and ensuring proper charging and equipment readiness. Day-to-day tasks include assisting guests and members with loading and unloading clubs, maintaining the driving range and practice areas, and keeping cart paths and staging areas clean and organized. The attendant helps manage the flow of carts throughout the day, supports tournament and event setup, and provides courteous, professional service to all players. Additional responsibilities may include basic custodial tasks around the cart barn and outside operations areas, as well as communicating any equipment or safety issues to the golf staff.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide friendly, professional customer service and communicate clearly with members, guests, and colleagues.
• Basic understanding of golf course etiquette and willingness to learn golf operations procedures.
