Cleft on the Rock, Inc. is seeking an Insurance Sales Representative to build and manage a client book, primarily in a remote/hybrid setting.

This full-time outside sales role focuses on relationship-building, consultative selling, and helping businesses and individuals secure essential coverage. You'll conduct face-to-face consultations and group presentations, follow up on leads, and hit monthly and quarterly sales goals with guidance from your manager.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Health & Life or willing to obtain license (reimbursement available).

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and maintain your own book of business.
• Conduct face-to-face consultations and group presentations (1–100+ people).
• Follow up on leads, schedule appointments, and respond to client needs.
• Manage your schedule while collaborating with a supportive team.
• Hit monthly and quarterly sales goals with guidance from your manager.
