As an Allstate Sales Consultant, you'll do more than sell insurance — you'll help customers protect what matters most while building a purposeful career backed by a Fortune 100 brand.

In this role, you'll drive local sales growth through prospecting, lead generation, networking, and community relationship building. You'll identify gaps in home and auto insurance coverage and offer comprehensive solutions. Building strong referral relationships in your community is key to your success.

This role requires full licensing and is ideal for motivated professionals with active Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses, passionate about community engagement, solution selling, and delivering excellent customer experiences. We support your success from day one, including licensing fee reimbursements (up to $400 per license, with some limits).

Producers can earn between $80,000 - $120,000 annually, including a competitive salary, uncapped commissions, and an annual bonus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Local Impact: Prospect and generate leads via networking, referrals, events, and outreach; build trust and become a recognized resource in your community.
  • Deliver Tailored Solutions: Conduct needs assessments and recommend appropriate insurance products; identify coverage gaps and provide customized protection plans.
  • Be the Face of Allstate: Participate in local events like car shows, open houses, and expos; represent Allstate professionally and credibly.
  • Build Your Brand: Develop marketing strategies for outreach and visibility; stay current on industry trends to adapt your approach.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of insurance sales experience
  • Active Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses
  • Strong relationship-building, networking, and community engagement skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills
  • Reliable internet and transportation for local travel
  • Availability for full-time training (9 AM-5:30 PM CT for 3 weeks)
