As an Allstate Sales Consultant, you'll do more than sell insurance — you'll help customers protect what matters most while building a purpose-driven career backed by a Fortune 100 brand.

In this role, you'll play a key part in driving local sales growth through proactive prospecting, lead generation, networking, and community relationship building. You'll identify gaps in home and auto insurance plans and offer products that provide comprehensive protection. Building strong referral relationships within your community will be essential to your success.

This role requires full licensing and is ideal for driven professionals with active Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses who are passionate about community connection, solution-based selling, and delivering excellent customer experiences. We invest in your success from day one — eligible new hires may receive licensing fee reimbursements (capped at $400 per license).

Producers can earn between $80,000 and $120,000 annually through a competitive salary, uncapped commissions, and an annual bonus.

What You'll Do
  1. Drive Local Impact: Prospect and generate leads through networking, referrals, events, and outreach. Build genuine relationships and become a trusted local resource.
  2. Deliver Tailored Solutions: Conduct needs assessments, identify coverage gaps, and recommend customized insurance solutions.
  3. Be the Face of Allstate: Engage in local events and represent Allstate's mission with professionalism and credibility.
  4. Build Your Brand: Develop a marketing plan to increase outreach and visibility, staying current on industry trends.
What You Bring
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of insurance sales experience
  • Active Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills
  • Reliable internet and transportation for local travel
  • Availability for full-time training (9 AM - 5:30 PM CT) for the first 3 weeks

Compensation & Perks
