Responsibilities

• Develop and grow a personal book of business through referrals, networking, and community engagement.
• Conduct needs-based insurance consultations across auto, home, life, umbrella, and commercial.
• Deliver tailored protection strategies using access to a broad panel of carriers.
• Prospect and identify opportunities through structured outreach and relationship-building.
• Maintain disciplined follow-up and accurate documentation within CRM and sales platforms.
• Elevate sales process, closing skills, and client experience standards.
