Qualifications

Self-motivated and accountable with ownership of work and results.
Excellent relationship-building skills with customers and referrals.
Comfortable with consultative selling and needs-based conversations.
Able to network, prospect, and manage multiple accounts.
Experience using sales technology and CRM tools.
Strong documentation and data-entry for customer interactions.

Responsibilities

Sell auto, home, life, and related insurance products using a consultative, needs-based approach.
Build and maintain a book of business through referrals, networking, and community engagement.
Identify prospective customers using established lead methodologies and outreach.
Document customer interactions accurately and protect sensitive information.
Utilize sales tech and multi-carrier platforms to tailor insurance solutions.
Participate in training, coaching, and performance incentives to improve results.
