Job summary

Troon Country Club in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a full-time Outside Guest Service Attendant. You will help guests with bag handling, club cleaning, educate players about the game, and support start of play while ensuring a welcoming, efficient service experience.

We are seeking a motivated individual who is interested in contributing to a positive experience for our members and guests while continuing to grow their knowledge of golf club operations. As an associate of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Compensation:

$17.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities of the Outside Guest Service Attendant:

• Assists with the overall upkeep of Great Shots.
• Provides sincere and courteous service to all guests with items such as bag handling and club cleaning.
• Assists in educating players regarding the game.
• Directs start of play when necessary.
• Maintains accurate records of golfers renting clubs.
• Services the customer who is renting golf clubs and cleans rental clubs upon return.
• Assists with food and beverage activities.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Performs other duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications of the Outside Guest Service Attendant:

• One-month related experience or training.
• Regular and reliable attendance.
