Job summary

Bretton Woods Recreation Center Inc. is seeking a friendly, reliable Outside Golf Services team member to support golf operations in our Maryland facility. You will help stage and charge golf carts, maintain inventory, and keep the driving range and greens orderly while assisting golfers with bags and rental clubs.

You will engage with golfers and staff, report concerns, and help ensure a smooth, welcoming experience for all visitors to our course and facilities.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of golf and course operations.
• Ability to communicate effectively with players and staff.
• Capable of lifting and carrying golf bags and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure golf carts are staged and charged with amenities.
• Maintain cart inventory, labeling, and cleanliness.
• Keep practice facilities tidy and organized.
• Assist golfers loading/unloading bags onto carts.
• Provide rental clubs and equipment assistance as needed.
• Monitor course activity and communicate concerns to staff.
• Deliver courteous, professional customer service.
• Coordinate with golf shop staff and maintenance teams.
