Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, Culinary Arts or related discipline OR HSD/GED with 3 years of relevant sales/restaurant management experience including Sysco internship.
• Bi-lingual restaurant management or foodservice outside sales experience is preferred.
• Valid driver's license with insurability; auto insurance with required limits; pass employment testing; be willing to relocate near territory; PC skills; MS Office; English proficiency.

Aufgaben

• Develop new business and penetrate existing accounts to achieve profitable sales growth.
• Qualify prospects per company stratification goals.
• Research customer needs and tailor a mix of products and services.
• Analyze market trends and recommend products to meet business goals.
• Stay informed on market conditions, products, and competitors; share insights with customers.
• Answer questions on products, prices, availability and use.
• Provide product information and training to customers.
• Drive personal vehicle to accounts, meetings, and events.
• Coordinate with credit to collect balances per approved terms.
• Manage deliveries per routing schedule and troubleshoot order issues.
• Participate in company promotions, visits and district meetings.
• Attend ongoing training and assist with onboarding of new staff.
• Review daily/weekly reports and prep quotes and budgets.
