Job summary

Batteries Plus is seeking a Commercial Service and Sales Associate to join our outside sales team in Columbus, GA and Macon, GA. You will connect with business owners, strengthen relationships, and identify opportunities across your territory.

You will manage CRM records in Salesforce, coordinate outreach, and deliver exceptional service to help drive customer retention and growth, while representing the brand with professionalism.

Qualifications

• A valid driver's license.
• Experience using Salesforce or other CRM software.

POSITION DETAILS:

Role:

• Outside/ Field sales Representative (Commercial)

Location:

• Columbus, GA and Macon, GA

Pay:

• $36,000 - $42,000, including base salary plus performance-based pay

Schedule:

• Full-Time

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

As a Commercial Service and Sales Associate, you spend your day connecting with business owners and decision-makers, strengthening existing customer relationships, and identifying new opportunities throughout your territory. You proactively engage with customers, learn about their operational needs, present valuable solutions, and build lasting partnerships based on trust and reliability. While maintaining accurate information within Salesforce or CRM software, you stay organized, manage follow-ups, coordinate outreach efforts, and ensure every customer receives exceptional service. Through your friendly personality and structured approach, you become a key contributor to customer retention, business growth, and overall success.
