What Makes You a Great Fit

Technical Skills & Knowledge

• Understanding and/or interest in fiber-optic cabling, installation, and electrical background
• Basic computer, networking, and home technology knowledge
• Experience using industry tools and equipment such as drills, cable cutters, splicers, and hammer drills

Physical & Work Environment Requirements

• This role is ideal for someone who enjoys active, hands-on work and being outdoors.
• Comfortable working in all weather conditions
• Ability to climb ladders up to 30 feet and hand-climb utility poles using gaffs
• Ability to work in confined spaces, including manholes
• Frequently stoop, kneel, crouch, and work in physically demanding environments
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and regularly carry up to 25 pounds
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime when needed

Additional Requirements

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to maintain insurability under company auto insurance guidelines
• Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening

Compensation:

Our job titles may span more than one career level. The hourly pay range for this position is between $22.00 - $27.00.The actual salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, education, business needs, market demands and work location. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
