Job summary

United Placement Group Estate & Retirement Financial Advisor role in Hoover, AL, outside advisor (1099) with pre-set appointments. You meet clients in the field or via pre-set virtual appointments to provide retirement and estate planning guidance.

Responsibilities include recommending annuity, insurance, and retirement income strategies, closing business, and maintaining client relationships with support from a Case Manager and Appointment Setter. Earnings reflect commissions.

Qualifications

• Active Health & Life license is required.
• Series 65, Series 7 & 66 (or similar) preferred or willing to obtain.
• Familiarity with Roth conversions and retirement income planning.
• Proven sales experience with a consultative, needs-based approach.
• Clean U4 (if currently registered).
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within territory.

Responsibilities

• Meet with pre-qualified prospects in the field; many are clients of Estate Planning services.
• Recommend annuity, insurance, and retirement income strategies based on client needs, including Roth conversions.
• Close business and maintain client relationships.
• Work alongside a dedicated Case Manager and Appointment Setter.
