Job summary

Restore Hyper Wellness in Salem, OR is seeking an experienced B2B outside sales professional to drive new commercial business. You will build relationships with property managers, healthcare facilities, senior living communities, hospitality groups, schools, and more, guiding the full sales cycle from prospecting to close using CRM tools.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B outside sales experience.
• Proven ability to prospect, network, and build strong client relationships.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple sales opportunities at once.
• Comfortable in a performance-driven sales environment.
• Willing to participate in after-hours emergency lead rotation.
• Valid Oregon driver’s license with a clean driving record (past 3 years).
• Able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Leverage warm leads, existing contacts, referrals, and your network to drive new business.
• Build and maintain relationships with commercial decision-makers.
• Generate new business through prospecting, networking, and industry events.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close using CRM tools.
• Secure Pre-Loss Agreements with commercial clients.
• Collaborate with operations teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for emergency restoration leads with commission on secured emergency work.

What You’ll Do

Who You Are

• 2+ years of B2B outside sales experience (restoration, construction, or facilities services preferred)
• Proven ability to prospect, network, and build strong client relationships
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple sales opportunities at once
• Comfortable in a performance-driven sales environment
• Willing to participate in after-hours emergency lead rotation
• Valid Oregon driver’s license with a clean driving record (past 3 years)
• Able to pass a background check (dating back to age 18) and pre-employment drug screening
