Job summary

California Health Collaborative (CHC) is seeking two Outreach and Training Specialists to join the ARCH project in Kings County. The role coordinates BHSA/SUBG outreach events, delivers workshops, and builds partnerships with schools and community organizations to promote behavioral health resources.

Under guidance from leadership, the OTS will facilitate evidence-based trainings, manage event logistics, and ensure confidentiality and reporting requirements are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Community Health, Child Development, Social Work, or related field.
• At least one year of experience with youth and families facing behavioral health or substance use challenges or an equivalent combination.
• Experience in community outreach and partnership development.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and lead BHSA/SUBG outreach activities and community events.
• Deliver education on behavioral health and local resources to schools and community groups.
• Facilitate MHFA, YMHFA, SafeTALK, and ASIST trainings.
• Serve as primary contact for planning and executing BHSA/SUBG outreach events.
• Maintain documentation and support referral connections to services.
