This position requires coordinating services and providing direct support, advocacy and assertive outreach to adults with mental illness. The ideal applicant must possess a Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services or the equivalent and preferably have one year of experience working in the field.

Other Requirements

• Must also demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
• The Outreach Specialist must hold a valid driver’s license and be able to demonstrate a \"clean\" driving record.
• CPR/First Aid training is recommended.
