Job summary

Seacoast Mental Health Center, Inc. is seeking a full-time Family Outreach Coordinator to join the Youth & Family Services leadership team in our Exeter office.

The role supports children, adolescents, and families across the eastern half of Rockingham County and emphasizes home and community-based care. The candidate will supervise Family Outreach Specialists, promote evidence-based practices, manage a small caseload, and collaborate with clinical staff and prescribers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a human services field is required.
• Experience working with children, teens, and families is preferred.
• Strong work ethic, organization and time management skills are essential.
• Prior supervisory experience is desired.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group supervision to a team of Family Outreach Specialists.
• Support the professional development of Family Outreach Specialists and use of evidence-based practices.
• Manage a small caseload and provide services to children, adolescents, and their families in home and community settings.
• Participate in internal and external meetings related to clinical care.
• Provide targeted care coordination.
• Consult with prescribers and clinical staff.
