What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Place a high volume of outbound calls to secure appointments with licensed Nurse Practitioners for in-home assessments
- Answer incoming calls from members and case managers, returning voicemail messages promptly
- Establish rapport with members and clearly explain offered services
- Obtain and secure In Home Assessments as requested by the Health Plan
- Collaborate with team members to contribute to a supportive work environment

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma/GED or higher
- Minimum of 1 year of call center or relevant tele-sales experience
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Access
- Self-motivated individual capable of working independently after initial training

- Experience with integrated voice/IT systems
- Demonstrable success in quickly building telephonic relationships with prospective customers
- Willingness to participate in a flexible team environment
