Job summary

American Addiction Centers is seeking an Outreach Associate to develop relationships with referral partners in Baton Rouge, LA and surrounding areas. You will drive admissions to treatment programs by managing communications, presenting to hospital staff, discharge planners and agencies, and coordinating with clinical teams.

The role requires multitasking, strong communication, and the ability to travel as needed; familiarity with CRM tools and reporting is a plus.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree or equivalent experience in addiction treatment marketing.
• 1+ years related experience and/or training; ability to travel across multiple states.
• Strong organizational and reporting skills; tech savvy and data-oriented.
• Knowledge of the substance use industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with referral partners in Baton Rouge, LA territory.
• Manage client communications and admissions process while using CRM remotely.
• Present to agencies, hospitals, discharge planners, and groups; travel as needed.
