Job summary

Qualifications

• Four-year degree or equivalent demonstrated experience in addiction treatment marketing field.
• 1+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Organizational skills

• Ability to travel through an area covering multiple states
• Technologically savvy
• Ability to create reports outlining weekly visits
• Knowledge of the substance abuse industry preferred

Responsibilities

• Identify, build, and maintain relationships with key referral partners.
• Maintain a regular servicing schedule balancing referral partner maintenance and new business development.
• Manage all client communications and CRM remotely via AAC devices; travel may be required.
• Convert inquiries to admissions and meet KPI targets.
• Understand treatment modalities and levels of care relevant to substance use disorders.
• Communicate with team members about potential admits and pipeline status.
• Present to agencies, hospital staff, discharge planners, and other groups as identified.
