Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Formal Phlebotomy training preferred.
• Healthcare customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Train, direct, schedule and assign work to lab assistants and couriers.
• Coordinate employee orientation, competency testing, safety training and audits.
• Edit time records and liaise with supervisors to optimize workflows.
• Maintain QA records and assist with test ordering in LIS/HIS.
