• Handle complex patient conversations and support professional development.
• Own daily outreach operations and drive team performance against company KPIs.
• Implement and manage CRM, telephony, and EHR tools for the team.
• Audit calls and documentation for quality, compliance, and consent requirements.
• Serve as liaison with clinical, partner success, and oncology clinics.
