Job summary

CarePoint Health Management Associates is seeking a Bolo Behen Outreach Coordinator to manage community outreach efforts. You will provide linkage to resources and educational outreach within New Jersey schools and community groups.

The ideal candidate has a BA/BS degree and experience with victims of sexual assault. The position includes competitive compensation and comprehensive health benefits.

Qualifications

• 0-1 years experience with victims of sexual assault required.
• Completed 40-hour Rape Crisis Training preferred.
• Valid NJ Driver’s License preferred.

Responsibilities

Hudson Regional Health invites applications for the role of Bolo Behen Outreach Coordinator.

Responsibilities

Under the supervision of the coordinator, the outreach educator will manage a small caseload to provide linkage and referrals to community resources; provide educational outreach in Hudson County New Jersey school districts, colleges, and community or professional groups; respond to hotline calls from victims of sexual assault; and provide administrative assistance.

Qualifications

• Education: BA/BS in education, psychology, social work, public relations, sociology, women’s studies or related field, or equivalent experience (Preferred)
• Work Experience: 0-1 years experience with victims of sexual assault (required); public speaking and presentation experience.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Bilingual – Fluent in Hindi/Urdu or any other South Asian languages (preferred).
• Licensure/Certifications: Completed 40-hour Rape Crisis Training; Valid NJ Driver’s License (preferred).
