Job summary

Dynamic Workforce Solutions seeks an Outreach Coordinator in Omaha, NE to build relationships with employers, participants and community agencies. You will develop strategic outreach approaches and support talent acquisition for local businesses.

Responsibilities include coordinating Work Experience (WEX) activities, reviewing timesheets, and ensuring program compliance while delivering extreme customer service to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or equivalent experience.
• At least 1 year experience building business relationships or workforce development.
• Strong communication and computer skills; proficient with word processing and spreadsheets.
• Must have a valid driver's license and adequate vehicle insurance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate a quality work experience program for participants.
• Review and process WEX timesheets accurately in the DWFS system.
• Communicate with DWFS staff to follow review processes and resolve issues.
• Coordinate regional scheduling for new hire orientations and participant recruitment.
• Track outcomes and manage program goals related to the Work Experience Program.
• Ensure data accuracy and proper case notes per local policy.
• Conduct outreach presentations to diverse audiences.
• Develop and implement outreach opportunities to meet employer needs.
