The Kiowa Tribe of Oklahoma is seeking an Outreach Coordinator in Carnegie, OK to lead street and agency outreach for homeless Veterans through the SSVF program. This role will be the program's local expert on outreach, rapid rehousing, and transitional services.
Responsibilities include conducting outreach, connecting Veterans to housing resources, delivering bus passes and food boxes, and coordinating with the Case Manager to determine eligibility and referrals.

The Outreach Coordinator is responsible for conducting "street" and agency outreach for homeless Veterans with the Kiowa Tribe Veterans Office Supportive Services for Veterans & Families (SSVF) program. This staff member will be the SSVF program's expert on local homeless outreach and engagement, rapid rehousing, and transitional supportive services.
