Three Bears Alaska, Inc. is seeking an Outpost Clerk to stock, tidy, and assist customers in our store. You will monitor shelves, process payments, and ensure compliance with company policies and state laws during purchases.

Responsibilities include stocking products, maintaining signage, answering customer inquiries, and supporting the team with opening and closing duties. The role requires reliability, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• Greet customers and provide prompt, courteous service.
• Stock and merchandise to maintain high levels; follow merchandising standards.
• Operate cash register and process payments (cash, checks, EBT, credit/debit) according to procedures.
• Conduct safety and security procedures; handle high-ticket items as required.
• Use hand-held scanners and assist with transfers and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and open cases; rotate merchandise and replace signage.
• Assist customers with product information and locate items.
• Clean and organize the department; manage trash and cleaning supplies.
• Answer phones and direct customers to product information.
• Close out cash register and manage funds per procedure.
