• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of leadership experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Supervises an effective team, plans meetings, conducts performance appraisals, manages staffing and attendance.
• Provides effective feedback and maintains documentation for disciplinary actions.
• Directs training and orientation to ensure EHS rules are known and followed, and improve performance.
• Ensures compliance with company policies, procedures, and practices.
• Schedules production and work team; reviews reports to resolve issues and minimize costs.
