Job summary

SimonMed Imaging seeks an X-ray Technologist to perform high-quality diagnostic X-ray exams with precision and patient-centered care. You will evaluate images for quality, maintain safety standards, and support efficient workflows in a fast-paced outpatient imaging environment.

The role emphasizes patient empathy, autonomy in workflow, and collaboration within a team that upholds high clinical standards and advanced imaging protocols.

Qualifications

• ARRT certification in Radiography (R) required.
• Valid state licensure current (where required).
• BLS certification current or in progress.
• 1–2 years of X-ray experience preferred; outpatient or ambulatory care experience a plus.
• Associate's degree or certificate in Radiologic Technology from an accredited program.
• Proficiency in PACS, RIS, and EMR systems.
• Working knowledge of ALARA and radiation safety principles.
• Strong communication skills with patients, physicians, and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality diagnostic X-ray exams with correct technique and positioning.
• Evaluate own images for technical quality and produce diagnostic-grade results.
• Maintain ALARA and radiation safety principles.
• Manage workflow with minimal supervision and adapt to high-volume schedule.
• Provide compassionate patient interactions and infection control.
