Mercy Health's Springfield Wound Clinic is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality outpatient wound care. The RN will assess patients, implement care plans, administer medications, and collaborate with the care team to improve healing outcomes. Requirements include a BSN preferred, current RN license, and BLS.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (required).
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred.
• BLS Certification preferred prior to direct patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional nursing care to outpatient wound care patients.
• Assess patient status with strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Develop and implement patient care plans to improve outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team to standardize best practices.
