Job summary

Tufts Medicine Lowell General Hospital is seeking a full-time Outpatient Urology Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our multidisciplinary Cancer Center team on the Main Campus.

You will provide patient-centered care with urologists, advanced practice clinicians, and support staff, evaluating and managing a broad range of conditions while coordinating treatment plans to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program.
• Current Massachusetts PA or NP licensure.
• Urology experience preferred; related clinical rotation may be considered.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills across disciplines.
• Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient assessment, evaluation, and management of patients with urologic conditions.
• Conduire patient histories, physical examinations, and assessments to support diagnosis and planning.
• Collaborate with urologists and the care team to develop and monitor treatment plans.
• Coordinate care to promote continuity and timely access to services.
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation in the EHR.
